in connection with the implementation of the project “Innovative Ultra-pure Monochloroacetic Acid Production Plant (U-P MCAA)” funded under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, 2007-2013, Priority 4 „Investments in innovative undertakings”, Action 4.5 “Support of investments of significant importance for the economy”, Sub-Action 4.5.1 “Support of investments in the production sector”
announces invitation to tender for the following task:

“Purchase of the packaged solidification and packing unit for purposes of construction of the innovative ultra-pure monochloroacetic acid production plant "

The object of the order is :
a) design, manufacture, delivery and startup of the solidification line (packaged unit) understood as:
• Drum flaker unit, with intermediate container and connection to big bag packing machine below, cabinets (if necessary), and all necessary auxiliary accessories with parts for startup,
• Big bag packing machine with parts for startup and all necessary accessories,
b) on the Contracting Party`s demand - supervision over the installation over the object of the order and test operation and spare parts for 2 years of operation, for the object of the order listed in point “a” . The Contracting Party reserves the right to order spare parts for 2 years of operation along with the object of the order.
Required deadline for realization of the object of the order:
a. delivery of the object of the order described in point I.1.(a) - no longer than 10 weeks from the contract signing date.
b. supervision of the installation of the object of the order – no longer than 12 months from the contract signing date.
The realization period includes obtaining export license by the Contractor if applicable.

Bid submission deadline: 20th May 2015, until 11:00 p.m.

Bid assessment criteria invariant throughout the contract award procedure are as follows:
Price - 100%

The procedure is conducted in compliance with the Community provisions in the scope of implementation of horizontal policies (environmental protection and sustainable development, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, information society, protection of competition and public procurement).
