in connection with the implementation of the project “Innovative U-P MCAA (ultra pure monochloroacetic acid) production unit” funded under the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, 2007-2013, Priority 4 „Investments in innovative undertakings”, Action 4.5 “Support of investments of significant importance for the economy”, Sub-Action 4.5.1 “Support of investments in the production sector”
announces invitation to tender for the following task:
“Purchase of cooling towers for purposes of construction of the innovative ultra-pure monochloroacetic acid production plant"
The procedure is being organised as a two-stage procedure, i.e. the contract award procedure where, in response to the public procurement notice, interested contractors submit applications for admission to the contract award procedure. The Contracting Authority evaluates applications in terms of their compliance with the requirements specified for contractors. Results of the evaluation of compliance with the requirements for participation in the procedure shall be notified by the Contracting Authority to the contractors who submitted applications for admission to the contract award procedure, and then the Contracting Authority shall send an invitation to submit bids only to those contractors who submitted the said application within the required time-limit and comply with subjective conditions. Each contractor that was not invited to submit bids shall be regarded as excluded from the contract award procedure. Along with the invitation to submit bids, the Contracting Authority shall send terms of reference to the contractor.
Bids may be submitted only by the contractors who were invited to submit bids.

Submission an application for admission to the contract award procedure deadline: 14 November 2013, until 11:00 a.m.
Bid assessment criteria invariant throughout the contract award procedure are as follows:
Price - 100%.
The procedure is conducted in compliance with the Community provisions in the scope of implementation of horizontal policies (environmental protection and sustainable development, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, information society, protection of competition and public procurement).
